About the Role
Support the growth of the mental health platform by driving new business opportunities.
Manage relationships, outreach, and inbound enquiries.
Assist in scaling the Mental Health Podcast.
Provide high-level personal and administrative support to the founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Business Development
- Identify and target corporate organisations and educational institutions.
- Execute outreach via LinkedIn, email, and follow-ups.
- Generate and book qualified sales calls.
- Consistently nurture and follow up with leads.
- Manage and respond to all inbound enquiries.
- Qualify leads and convert them into booked calls.
- Ensure no opportunities are missed.
- Research and secure relevant, high-quality podcast guests.
- Manage guest outreach, communication, and scheduling.
- Support podcast growth and positioning.
- Manage diary, meetings, and scheduling priorities.
- Provide administrative and organisational support.
- Maintain CRM systems and keep pipelines up to date.
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Confident communicator, comfortable with decision-makers.
- Experience in outreach, sales, or lead generation (preferred).
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
