As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring that the development is delivered to the highest standards of quality, health and safety, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee all aspects of construction, from groundworks through to handover, ensuring homes are built to programme while maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence.
- Managing the construction of high-quality homes in line with NHBC 5★ standards
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades to ensure work is completed to a high standard and within programme deadlines
- Conducting regular site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to building regulations
- Managing sites with 100+ units, ensuring efficient programme management and site logistics

- Experience working with NHBC guidelines and building control regulations
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors effectively
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold Card preferred), and First Aid at Work certification
