Assembly & Timber Operatives

• Work with Chop saws, Pull saws and push saws

• Reading measurements

• Use different hand tools including tape measures, drills, nail guns and screw drivers

• Resize and sand materials for re use

• You will be able to follow direction well and demonstrate a good eye to detail

• Must be able to work in a continuous environment

• Must be able to lift heavy items including bending

• Must have used power tools previously

• Must be comfortable wearing PPE including dusk masks

• Must be able to work in a physical role

We are currently looking to recruit a Timber and Assembly Operative to work with our Manufacturing client who is based on the outskirts of Ashford, on a full time temporary to permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business who is one of the leaders within their market and offer an excellent package for their staff.

You will be working Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5.45pm & Friday, 8am – 4.15pm for an hourly rate of £12.28 per hour.
