About the role
Our client is seeking a reliable, hands‑on Setter Finisher to join a small, friendly production team in Kent.
This role combines assembly, finishing, preparation and packing to ensure products are ready for installation and delivery.
You’ll work both indoors and outdoors in a stable, well‑established environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble finished products to specification
- Install components and fittings
- Prepare products for dispatch
- Pack completed orders securely
- Carry out final quality checks
- Support general finishing activities
- Work both indoors and outdoors as required
- Ensure orders are accurate and completed on time
About you
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly or production
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors year‑round
