Quality Assurance Auditor role in Kent with worldwide travel. Salary £40,000–£65,000 DOE plus travel expenses, bonuses, private healthcare and other benefits. Audit service centres and suppliers across Europe and the Middle East for a global aerospace organisation.
Location: Biggin Hill, Kent (with extensive worldwide travel)
Key responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits across UK and international service centres
- Coordinate and audit mobile maintenance operations
- Manage corrective actions through to closure
- Perform supplier and vendor assessments and approvals
- Support QA projects, reporting and documentation
- Assist with KPI development and monthly QA reporting
- Provide cross-functional QA support, training input and follow-up
- Support QA systems, procedures and continuous improvement activity
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in a technical or regulated environment
- 3+ years’ experience auditing against Quality Management Systems
- Knowledge of aviation or regulated quality systems (e.g. EASA, FAA)
- Experience with audits, reporting and corrective action management
- Comfortable with international travel
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
