Do you have a valid Forklift license? Warehouse Operative – Location: Aylesford – Pay: £12.91 per hour – Job Type: Temp to Perm – Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday (07:30–16:30).

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and checking incoming goods (quality, condition, quantity)
  • Allocating and maintaining accurate stock locations
  • Labelling pallets with expiry dates and ensuring correct stock rotation
  • Picking and preparing orders with accurate labelling
  • Loading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards
  • Reporting equipment faults, damages, or pest issues
  • Supporting stock control to minimise loss
  • Carrying out basic forklift checks and warehouse upkeep
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and quality procedures
About You
  • Valid forklift licence
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Able to work at pace and follow procedures accurately
