This is an excellent opportunity for a regulatory affairs, compliance, quality, or pharmaceutical governance professional looking for a senior-level part-time position within a highly respected international business. In this role, you will oversee business process compliance, monitor data quality, support regulatory and labelling governance activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across a global operational framework.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor compliance, quality, and business processes within the global labelling function
  • Produce portfolio reports and management information to support resource planning
  • Maintain departmental SharePoint sites, trackers, and reporting tools
  • Support process documentation including work instructions and job aids
  • Conduct routine quality and process monitoring activities
  • Assist with quality event investigations and remediation activities
  • Analyse regulatory and labelling system data to identify discrepancies and trends
  • Work with subject matter experts to resolve data quality issues
  • Coordinate improvement projects and departmental initiatives
  • Prepare reports and summaries for senior stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Regulatory Affairs qualification desirable
  • 3-8 years' experience within a multinational pharmaceutical environment
  • Previous experience within Regulatory Affairs, Labelling, Compliance, or Quality functions preferred
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience interpreting and reporting on complex data
  • Continuous Improvement experience desirable
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills advantageous
