Our client, a leading education provider, is looking for a confident and customer-focused individual to join their Learner Recruitment and Events Team. As a key front-of-house presence, you’ll provide a warm welcome and professional service to all visitors, learners and staff. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy reception environment and enjoys helping others. You’ll handle course enquiries, provide pre-entry advice, and ensure every interaction reflects the college’s commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering a professional reception and enquiry service
  • Providing accurate information and advice to learners
  • Managing phone, email and face-to-face enquiries
  • Supporting internal departments with learner recruitment processes
  • Ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role (education sector desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Level 2 in English and Maths (or willingness to work towards)
  • Must hold a current & valid ENHANCED DBS
  • Level 3 in Information & Guidance and Level 2 in Customer Service (or willingness to work towards)
