Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Sandwich, Kent
Salary: £28k – £45k per annum (DOE). Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (12‑hour shifts, days and nights).

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned maintenance to maximise machinery uptime
- Respond to reactive maintenance tasks, minimising downtime
- Work on electrical installations up to 440V and safety circuits
- Diagnose faults using mechanical and electrical root cause analysis
- Support the Maintenance team in achieving zero breakdowns
Essential Skills & Experience
- NVQ Level 3+ in Engineering (post‑apprenticeship applicants considered)
- Electrical Engineering apprenticeship, ideally in manufacturing
- Strong problem‑solving skills under pressure
- Knowledge of AC/DC motors and variable speed drives
Desirable
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
- Experience in 24/7 manufacturing environments
- Basic welding techniques
