About the role

You’ll be working within a well‑equipped production environment, contributing to the fabrication and finishing of precision metal components to customer specifications. Key responsibilities

  • Fabricating, forming, bending and finishing fine‑limit sheet metal
  • Working on engineered assemblies using both fabricated and machined components
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Deburring, drilling and general metal preparation
  • Participating in spot welding tasks when required
  • Producing parts to specification and quality standards
  • Supporting production output in a clean, organised and safety‑focused workshop

Essential skills & experience

  • Strong background in fine‑limit sheet metal work
  • Competent in fabrication techniques and working from engineering drawings
  • Skilled in drilling, deburring and spot welding
  • Experience working within an ISO9001 environment
  • TIG welding is beneficial but not essential
