Role

You’ll operate CNC-controlled lathes and mills to produce precision components, using Inventor CAM software. Most parts are designed in-house, requiring the creation of machining code and collaboration with the design team for fixturing and jig solutions.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years in a machining environment
  • Experience with Heidenhain controls
  • Confident producing small, complex batches
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings
  • Strong team player with a focus on deadlines

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with LEAN/5S
  • Experience with Inventor CAM or similar
  • Background in fixture design and sliding head lathes
  • Exposure to ISO9001 systems
