Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 9 am–5:30 pm, Monday to Friday

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing accurate estimates and quotations for high-security and perimeter protection projects
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documents
  • Calculating materials, labour costs, and project timelines
  • Managing your own pipeline of enquiries and scheduled follow ups
  • Supporting tenders and liaising with internal teams
  • Conducting site surveys when required
  • Building relationships with repeat clients and closing sales
  • Ensuring estimates align with certified compliance requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of estimating experience
  • Strong ability to read technical drawings
  • Excellent numerical accuracy
  • Proficiency with MS Office and estimating tools
  • Experience within perimeter security or construction estimating (advantageous)
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
  • Full driving licence and own transport
  • Knowledge of LPS 1175 or PAS 68 (desirable)
