Our client, a property management company located in London, is currently looking to recruit a Property Manager to work on a part time basis. You will be working 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday. This role will be paying £25,000 - £30,000 Pro Rata, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Updating the databases with contact details, service providers details for all the units and council tax and business rates references.
  • Update the leases on the database when there are new (residential or commercial) tenants for the rents, service charges and insurance calculations.
  • Checking that the numbers for service charge, rents etc. are correct.
  • Invoicing rents, insurance and service charges (from the landlords to the tenants).
  • Invoicing asset management fees, service charge management fees and exceptional services fees (from the management companies to the landlords or other entities).
  • Check if payments are made on the different bank accounts / software.
  • Keeping the VAT components on a separate VAT account.
  • Follow up when payments are late.
  • Co-ordination with agents.
  • Inform the Council and utility companies about new tenancies.
  • Management of tenant's requests / issues.
  • Gathering of invoices for the accountants.
  • Liaise with accountants.

  • Previous experience within a similar role.
