Production Finisher - Location: Ashford Pay: £13.33 per hour Contract: Permanent or Temp-to-Perm Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (Alternate Saturdays, 7:00am - 11:00am)

We are recruiting for a Production Finisher to join our client's friendly and well-established manufacturing team in Ashford.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining assembly, finishing, quality checking and packing to ensure products are completed to the highest standard before dispatch.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Assembling finished products to specification.
  • Fitting components and completing final finishing work.
  • Preparing products for dispatch and installation.
  • Packing completed orders safely and securely.
  • Carrying out final quality inspections.
  • Supporting general workshop and finishing duties.
  • Working both indoors and outdoors when required.
  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or a similar hands-on role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors throughout the year.
  • Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
