We are recruiting for a Production Finisher to join our client's friendly and well-established manufacturing team in Ashford.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining assembly, finishing, quality checking and packing to ensure products are completed to the highest standard before dispatch.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Assembling finished products to specification.
- Fitting components and completing final finishing work.
- Preparing products for dispatch and installation.
- Packing completed orders safely and securely.
- Carrying out final quality inspections.
- Supporting general workshop and finishing duties.
- Working both indoors and outdoors when required.
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or a similar hands-on role.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors throughout the year.
- Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
