Location: Aylesford

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (rotating shifts between 6am–6pm)

About the role:

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Mill Operative to join a well-established production team near Canterbury. The role offers consistent working hours, excellent training, and the chance to learn a unique operation within a supportive and skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise intake of bulk raw materials
  • Test and approve incoming materials
  • Prepare ingredients and load production systems
  • Operate mill control panels and machinery
  • Maintain accurate production records
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards
  • Carry out regular cleaning schedules
  • Support machinery maintenance requirements
  • Adhere to Health & Safety and quality procedures
  • Move raw and finished goods using a forklift

About You:

  • Counterbalance forklift licence required
