Production Operative Location – Margate, Kent Salary - £12.71 Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7am till 4pm, Friday 12:00pm Contract Type: 12 Weeks
Morgan Jones are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, for a Surface Mount Operator to join their team from 1st September. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within a manufacturing environment and become part of a busy Surface Mount team.
The Role As a Surface Mount Operator, you will be responsible for helping to manage the flow of PCBs through the production oven, ensuring products move through the process efficiently and smoothly. The role will involve working within the Surface Mount area and supporting the wider production team as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the flow of PCBs through the production oven
- Monitoring the production process to ensure PCBs move through efficiently
- Following production procedures and instructions
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area

- Following all company health and safety procedures
