Key responsibilities- Full ownership of commercial performance, forecasting and cost control
- Embedding commercial insight into day-to-day operational delivery
- Supporting pricing, frameworks, bids and commercial negotiations
- Building strong, trusted client relationships
- Providing clear analysis and insight to senior leadership to support strategic decisions
- Senior commercial, commercial finance or operational leadership experience
- Background in utilities, civils, infrastructure or related sectors
- Proven P&L ownership with strong operational understanding
- Confidently influencing directors, engineers and delivery teams
- Forward-thinking and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Salary up to £80,000 per annum
