Are you an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with a strong background in Private Equity? Do you have experience of LPAs, Management Fees, Carried Interest and other key financial aspects to LPA accounting? Are you looking to work for an established, boutique firm offering a rewarding and challenging role managing a team? If so, we have a fantastic role for an experienced Private Equity Accountant where you will oversee a small team ensuring that monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines are met. This is a West End firm in London offering a competitive salary and a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines are met
- Liaise with fund administrators to answer queries
- Prepare reporting packs
- Calculate management fees and carried interest
- Track fund performance
- Oversee Monthly Management Accounts
- Support audits, accounts preparation and management accounts as part of a wider role
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Strong background in Private Equity
- Experience with LPAs, management fees, carried interest
- Strong Excel knowledge; SAGE desirable but not essential
- Previous managerial or senior experience
- Desire to learn new skills
