Morgan Jones is recruiting on behalf of a well-established healthcare organisation seeking an experienced FOI Project Manager to lead a critical Freedom of Information remediation and improvement programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled project professional to drive business change, strengthen governance, improve information management processes and deliver measurable organisational benefits within a complex and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of the FOI remediation and improvement programme.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones and governance frameworks.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
  • Produce reports, business cases and project documentation.
  • Engage senior stakeholders and gain support for project objectives.
  • Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.
  • Monitor benefits realisation and support continuous improvement.
  • Apply recognised project management methodologies including PRINCE2 and Agile.
  • Support service transition activities and successful project closure.

What We're Looking For

  • PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience managing complex projects within large organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Experience of risk, governance, quality and budget management.
  • Ability to communicate complex information to senior audiences.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience within healthcare, public sector or regulated environments would be advantageous.
