Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to support and enhance business systems, processes, and compliance activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong IT skills who enjoys improving processes and making a tangible impact across a business.
The Role
As Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving key business systems, supporting management reporting, and ensuring processes remain compliant and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, develop, and support internal management systems
- Produce and analyse management information and reports
- Support process improvement initiatives across the business
- Assist with compliance, audits, and quality management activities
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
- Coordinate documentation and ensure records remain accurate
- Support training and development activities relating to systems and processes
- Assist with environmental, health & safety, and governance requirements
- Liaise with departments to ensure business objectives are achieved
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a systems, administration, or process-focused role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent organisational and analytical abilities
- Experience producing reports and managing data
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of quality management, compliance, or ISO standards would be advantageous
