Our client, an established not for profit organisation that helps to prepare and inspire young people in regard to employment, located in Central London, is looking to recruit a Contract & Quality Analyst to work on a permanent basis. You will be working full time hours, Monday - Friday. This role will be paying an hourly rate of £38,000 - £43,000 per annum.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic support to the Delivery and Engagement Manager.
- Ensure contracts with grant recipients deliver the desired outcomes.
- Understand and measure the impact of their engagement.
- Assess quality of provision and manage development of provider directory so schools and colleges can access leading provision.
- Assist in designing support to maximise impact.
- Engage regularly with the organisation's research team and support broader strategic objectives.
Person Specification
- Graduate within a business or numerically-focused discipline or have equivalent training/work experience.
- Previous experience in contract management or quality assurance systems.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Experienced in producing meaningful reports and presentations.
- Ability to work independently towards agreed deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Superb organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Logical approach to problem solving and ability to see beyond the data to provide practical, realistic solutions.
