Lead high‑growth frozen food manufacturing operations, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and multi‑site expansion for a leading food manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all day‑to‑day factory production operations.
  • Oversee multiple departments and shift structures.
  • Deliver production targets, efficiency, and on‑time output.
  • Drive continuous improvement, reducing waste and downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with BRCGS, HACCP, and food safety standards.
  • Optimise production flow, systems, and factory performance.
  • Develop SOPs, KPIs, and operational reporting structures.
  • Lead, coach, and develop production management teams.
  • Build strong succession planning and team capability.
  • Control labour, cost, waste, and operational expenditure.
  • Support new product launches and process scale‑up.
  • Collaborate with Technical, QA, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.

Skills & Experience:

  • Senior leadership experience in food manufacturing.
  • Mandatorily fluent in Mandarin.
  • Strong background in frozen or high‑volume FMCG environments.
  • Proven success in improving productivity, efficiency, and cost control.
  • Deep knowledge of food safety and compliance standards.
  • Experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Hands‑on leadership style with strong problem‑solving capability.
