Our client is seeking an experienced SAP PS Business Analyst / Sub-Process Lead to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of key project activities while working with international teams and stakeholders across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the link between business users and technical SAP teams.
- Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into effective solutions.
- Facilitate project planning sessions and stakeholder workshops.
- Manage project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to maintain project momentum.
- Monitor project progress, budgets and performance indicators.
- Provide regular updates to sponsors and key stakeholders.
- Support SAP S/4HANA Project System (PS) process design and implementation.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Project Lead or similar role.
- Strong SAP Project System (PS) module experience.
- Experience working within SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong project planning, resource management and risk management experience. Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Able to collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones.
- Additional Information
- Preference for candidates based within the wider Kent area.
- Fully remote working may be considered.
- Occasional travel to the Ramsgate site may be required.
