Assistant Nursery Manager – Ramsgate
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 DOE
Full‑time, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nursery Manager with daily operations.
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding care and education.
- Ensure compliance with EYFS and regulatory standards.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
- Assist with staff supervision, appraisals and training plans.
- Monitor safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare standards.
- Contribute to planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in a senior nursery practitioner or deputy role.
- Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above).
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Confident leadership and communication skills.
- Passionate about early years development and care.
- A current and valid ENHANCED DBS is required.
