Assistant Nursery Manager – Ramsgate
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 DOE
Full‑time, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Nursery Manager with daily operations.
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding care and education.
• Ensure compliance with EYFS and regulatory standards.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Assist with staff supervision, appraisals and training plans.
• Monitor safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare standards.
• Contribute to planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in a senior nursery practitioner or deputy role.
• Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above).
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Confident leadership and communication skills.
• Passionate about early years development and care.
• A current and valid ENHANCED DBS is required.
