Location: Chatham, Kent
Salary: £13.07 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Key Duties:
- Packaging coated parts ready for safe transport
- Preparing workpieces for the coating process
- Assisting the coating sprayer with daily production activities
- Hand blasting components to specification
- Carrying out quality inspections on completed items
- Reading and completing internal production paperwork
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Supporting colleagues to achieve production targets
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable carrying out physical, hands-on work
- Able to read and understand work instructions and internal documentation
