What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial support to commercial property lawyers
  • Managing files throughout the conveyancing process
  • Preparing, amending and formatting legal documents
  • Handling correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries

  • Liaising with clients, agents and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with the administration of property transactions
