Key responsibilities- Sourcing and procuring specialist and hard‐to‐find aircraft components
- Building and maintaining strong supplier and industry contacts
- Carrying out technical and historical research to support projects
- Liaising with engineers, project leads, and external suppliers
- Tracking progress across multiple maintenance and restoration projects
- Expediting parts to meet tight project timelines
- Managing supplier and client queries professionally
- Supporting wider aviation‐related project activity as required
- Background in aviation, aerospace, or engineering environments
- Strong understanding of aircraft parts, systems, or components
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain coordination
- Proven ability to source specialist or obsolete components
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem‐solving skills
- General aviation or piston‐engine aircraft exposure
- Vintage or heritage aircraft environments
- A genuine passion for aviation or historic aircraft
- Salary £35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)

- Based in Duxford – own transport required
