Salary: £28,411 per annum + commission (OTE £45,000)

Hours: Full - Time

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generating new apprenticeship and commercial training leads through outreach, networking and employer engagement
  • Managing and developing employer accounts to ensure excellent service and repeat business
  • Supporting employers with the Digital Apprenticeship Service, cohort creation and recruitment processes
  • Presenting tailored training solutions and promoting the benefits of apprenticeships
  • Working closely with curriculum teams to align employer needs with training provision
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on pipeline and activity

About You

  • Confident, persuasive and target-oriented
  • Experienced in sales, business development, account management or employer engagement
  • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
  • Organised, proactive and resilient
  • Knowledge of apprenticeships and funding, or the willingness to learn quickly
