Morgan Jones is a rapidly expanding Recruitment & HR Consultancy based in East Kent and Central London, providing recruitment solutions for a range of vacancies across the UK. We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team, in a newly created Marketing & Communications Executive role. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development of an integrated communications strategy incorporating our PR, marketing and online presence.
Based from our office in Broadstairs, you will collate and analyse our current communications and messages ensuring consistency in all aspects of messaging and client brand usage.
As the Marketing & Communications Executive, you will:
- Create, monitor & update the communications calendars for all events including promotional activities
- Promote key dates/events and monitor competitive activity
- Manage all social media communications and platforms, monitoring activity day to day
- Coordinate communications with the creative design team responsible for organising Press Releases, Monthly Mailing, Flyers & Artwork
- Co-ordinate all communications via our CRM including monitoring undeliverable messages for membership, working groups as required
- Coordinate & oversee all website content and manage all technical requests for additional functionality
- Create templates/banners as requested for events
- Review web content to ensure consistency with corporate branding and accuracy ensuring appropriate messaging
Skills & Experience you will need:
- Marketing degree is preferred however this can be substituted with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a marketeer
- Experience updating social media platforms for businesses
- Experience updating website information using a CMS (creation and modification of digital content)
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance, Copyright imagery and use of registered trade marks
Holiday Entitlement: 22 days holiday per year plus English bank holidays (pro rata)
