Our Client is seeking a proactive and driven Account Manager to join their growing team. This role is focused on managing and developing existing client accounts, ensuring strong relationships, service delivery excellence, and the achievement of commercial targets. You will play a key role in account retention, margin protection, and identifying additional sales opportunities within the existing customer base. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with operational teams to resolve issues, manage escalations, and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regular account and contract performance review meetings, including quarterly reviews and follow‑up actions.
  • Manage annual price reviews, contract renewals, and re‑tender processes where applicable.
  • Maintain client compliance through accurate upkeep of client‑specific accreditation platforms.
  • Act as the main client contact, resolving issues in collaboration with internal operational teams.
  • Support credit control activities, including aged debt matters, when required.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records within the CRM system.
  • Monitor customer spend trends and proactively engage clients where spend is reducing.
  • Identify and secure upsell opportunities across services and projects.
  • Prepare and submit professional sales proposals and documentation.
  • Communicate new products and services to existing clients, supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and progress your sales pipeline, converting opportunities into secured business.
  • Network internally and externally to maximise business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs and commercial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all company processes, policies, and training requirements.
