This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to play a pivotal role in improving production performance, supporting new product introduction and driving continuous improvement across a modern manufacturing environment.
Working closely with Production, Engineering, Quality and Commercial teams, you will help maximise efficiency, introduce new equipment and processes, and ensure products transition smoothly into manufacture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support production with technical problem solving and process improvements
- Identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions
- Evaluate, source and introduce new machinery, tooling and equipment
- Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and production readiness
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, routings and work instructions
