About the Role: Our Client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Associate Delivery Consultant to join their growing recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career in recruitment. You will receive full training, modern recruitment tools, and day‑to‑day support, enabling you to develop specialist expertise in technology recruitment. Working closely with Senior Delivery Consultants and Client Consultants, you will help identify, engage, and support high‑quality technical talent across a range of high‑profile public sector programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals and internal systems.
  • Work alongside senior team members to deliver against client requirements at pace.
  • Use modern recruitment technology to engage candidates, including video tools and structured interviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, creating long‑term talent pipelines.
  • Attend client briefings remotely to understand hiring needs and delivery priorities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide a high level of candidate care throughout the process.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new opportunities and support business growth.
