Our Client is looking for a Sheet Metal Production Supervisor to join their manufacturing team.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone with a strong sheet metal background who understands the manufacturing process inside out and is ready to take on greater responsibility.

You may already be working as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Team Leader, or you could be an experienced sheet metal professional looking for the opportunity to progress into a leadership position.

The Role Working closely with the wider production and management teams, you will help oversee the day-to-day sheet metal operation, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Your technical knowledge will be key.

The successful candidate will understand sheet metal manufacturing processes in detail and be confident supporting the team, resolving issues, and ensuring production runs smoothly.

This is a practical role where you'll be expected to get involved, support your team, and use your experience to help improve the way things are done.

Key Responsibilities
