Production Finisher Location: Sittingbourne Pay: £13.33 - £15.01 per hour Contract: Temp to Perm We are currently recruiting for a Production Finisher to join a busy manufacturing environment in Sittingbourne. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, is comfortable working with machinery and takes pride in producing work to a high standard. Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. Shifts Available: * Night Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am * Rotating Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm Key Responsibilities: * Preparing products ready for the finishing process * Carrying out finishing duties in line with quality standards * Operating workshop equipment and machinery safely * Loading, unloading and moving materials * Carrying out manual handling duties * Inspecting finished products and identifying any faults or defects * Packing completed products ready for dispatch * Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe * Following company health and safety procedures Requirements: * Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or another hands-on environment is beneficial but not essential * Good attention to detail * Comfortable with manual handling and physical work * Reliable, punctual and hardworking * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Flexible to work either night or rotating shifts What We Offer: * £13.33 - £15.01 per hour * Temp-to-perm opportunity * Full training provided * Long-term employment opportunities * Supportive working environment * Immediate starts available About Morgan Jones: Morgan Jones Limited acts as an Employment Agency.
