Our client, a successful and expanding manufacturing business operating within the construction and building services sector, is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager - Internal Sales to lead and develop its internal commercial operations. This is a key leadership role focused on bringing together customer service, quotations, order processing and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while supporting ambitious business growth plans.

The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will oversee the performance and development of key internal commercial functions. Working closely with sales, operations, finance and technical teams, you will improve processes, enhance customer service standards, drive CRM effectiveness and support organisational change. You will also play a leading role in developing management information, improving quotation conversion, strengthening commercial processes and ensuring effective collaboration between internal and external sales teams.
