About the Role: Our Client is seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Setter (Milling) to join their modern engineering facility in Sittingbourne. Working within a high-volume, precision engineering environment, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines while ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency across production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and operate CNC milling machines
- Work with 3-axis and 5-axis machinery
- Load programs, set up jobs and run production efficiently
- Follow structured processes to maintain consistent quality standards
- Monitor production output and ensure components meet specifications
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet targets
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
About You:
- Proven experience as a CNC Setter within a milling environment
- Knowledge of CNC controls such as Heidenhain, Fanuc or Siemens
