Location: Sittingbourne
Salary: £13.04 per hour
Hours: Rotating shifts (6 am-2 pm / 2 pm-10 pm), Monday to Friday or Night shift, 10pm-6am

The role
As a Shot Blaster, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing metal components to a high standard. You will ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with production schedules.
Key duties
- Operating shot blasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces
- Inspecting components for quality and consistency
- Maintaining a safe and organised work area
- Supporting production with additional tasks as required
The candidate
- Previous experience in shot blasting or a similar industrial role, and able to work with materials up to 5m long
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively within a rotating shift pattern
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
