We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Bench Joiner to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Sevenoaks. Key responsibilities

  • Manufacturing high-quality bespoke joinery from technical drawings
  • Producing items such as doors, windows, staircases, cabinetry, fitted furniture and other timber products
  • Operating a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
  • Assembling, finishing and preparing joinery products to a high standard
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure all work meets specifications
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop environment
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet production deadlines

About you

  • Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or Joiner in a workshop environment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of craftsmanship
  • Experience using woodworking machinery and hand tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive and reliable approach to work
