We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Bench Joiner to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Sevenoaks. Key responsibilities
- Manufacturing high-quality bespoke joinery from technical drawings
- Producing items such as doors, windows, staircases, cabinetry, fitted furniture and other timber products
- Operating a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Assembling, finishing and preparing joinery products to a high standard
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure all work meets specifications
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet production deadlines
About you
- Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or Joiner in a workshop environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of craftsmanship
- Experience using woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
