Peterborough (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Salary: Up to £32.34 per hour PAYE
Contract: 12 months

A confidential client in the power generation sector is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Analyst to join their Marketing team in Peterborough. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to shape commercial strategy through data-led insights and bespoke research.
You’ll be instrumental in delivering market intelligence that informs key business decisions, partnering with commercial and strategy teams to share timely, accurate, and relevant insights.
You’ll also lead initiatives to enhance intelligence capabilities and promote a culture of knowledge sharing.
Key responsibilities
- Developing reports and insights to provide macroeconomic and market context
- Conducting bespoke research using AI tools
- Sharing market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments
- Designing and running Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Business programmes
- Supporting customised research requests across Marketing, Product, and Business Development
- Building and maintaining market models (size, share, growth projections)
Candidate requirements
- Degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or related field
- 3 5 years experience in strategy, business, marketing, or market research
- Experience in market intelligence or business analytics preferred
- Demand planning experience (sales/supply chain coordination) is a plus
- Proficient in Salesforce, SharePoint, Excel (advanced), and AI tools
- Power BI skills desirable
