Salary: Up to £30,000 basic salary DOE
OTE: Up to £30k DOE + plus commission

About the Role
Morgan Jones is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Thanet.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator or Valuer looking to join a successful, supportive team where collaboration and exceptional customer service are highly valued.
You will play a key role in winning new business, carrying out valuations, progressing sales and delivering an outstanding experience to buyers and sellers throughout their property journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market appraisals and property valuations
* Win new instructions and develop business opportunities
* Advise vendors on pricing and marketing strategies
* Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers
* Carry out accompanied viewings
* Negotiate offers and agree sales
* Progress transactions through to completion
* Generate new business through networking and prospecting
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
* Provide regular client updates and feedback
* Always represent the business professionally
About You
* Minimum 4 years' residential estate agency experience preferred
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Experience dealing with vendors and buyers
* Good knowledge of the local property market
* Commercially aware and target driven
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident managing multiple priorities
* Proactive and customer focused approach
* Good IT and CRM system knowledge
* Full UK driving licence
* Valuation experience desirable, but not essential for strong negotiators seeking progression
