Our client is seeking an experienced Events Business Development Manager to lead and grow exhibition and sponsorship programmes across a portfolio of high-profile events. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships, securing new business, and delivering exceptional partner experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sponsorship and exhibition programmes from sale through to delivery
  • Build, maintain and grow relationships with exhibitors and sponsors
  • Identify and secure new sponsorship and exhibition opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines and revenue reporting
  • Negotiate partnership agreements alongside senior stakeholders
  • Coordinate sponsor communications, applications and deliverables
  • Support invoicing and commercial administration processes
  • Manage exhibitor logistics including stand allocations and onsite support
  • Update event websites, sponsorship content and partner materials
  • Manage exhibitor and sponsor information within event platforms and apps
  • Produce reports, feedback analysis and ROI insights
  • Attend events and act as the key contact for exhibitors and sponsors

About You

  • Proven experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, exhibitions or event account management
  • Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft 365 and event platforms
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
