Contract: Permanent | Full time (37 hours, all year)

The opportunity

A well-established FE provider is seeking a motivated Curriculum Performance Lead to drive performance across Engineering & Electrical. This is an excellent step into leadership for an experienced lecturer or course leader looking to influence curriculum delivery and student success. You will combine operational leadership with a reduced teaching commitment of around 12 hours per week, leading a team across study programmes, apprenticeships and adult provision.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop lecturers, assessors and support staff
  • Manage PDRs, CPD and team performance
  • Drive quality assurance including SAR and IQA/EQA compliance
  • Monitor attendance, achievement and progression data
  • Deliver engaging teaching and act as a group tutor
  • Implement early interventions to improve outcomes
  • Support curriculum planning aligned to local skills needs
  • Engage with employers and stakeholders to enhance provision

About you

  • Experienced FE lecturer or course leader in Engineering or Electrical
  • Proven track record of strong student outcomes
  • Knowledge of QA processes, curriculum planning and data tracking
  • Confident leader with a coaching and development mindset
  • Relevant teaching qualification and Level 3+ industry qualification

A current and valid Enhanced DBS is required for this role.
