Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Aviation Lecturer to deliver engaging and innovative learning experiences for students pursuing careers within the aviation industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aviation professional or qualified lecturer to help learners develop the technical knowledge, employability skills and confidence required for future success.
Responsibilities include delivering high-quality teaching and assessment, supporting learner achievement and wellbeing, developing industry links, facilitating work experience opportunities, and contributing to an outstanding learning environment through practical, theoretical and digital teaching methods.
Candidates should possess:
- A vocational qualification at Level 3 or above in a relevant subject
- Previous aviation industry experience
- A teaching qualification and assessor award, or willingness to work towards them
- Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent), or willingness to work towards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to motivate, engage and inspire learners
A current and valid Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
