Ramsgate £30,000 – £33,000 DOE Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Morgan Jones is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded childcare provider seeking an experienced Assistant Nursery Manager to support day-to-day operations and help drive high standards across the setting.

- Support the Nursery Manager with daily operations
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding care and education
- Ensure compliance with EYFS and regulatory standards
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- Assist with staff supervision, appraisals and training plans
- Monitor safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare standards
- Contribute to planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in a senior nursery practitioner or deputy role
- Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above)
- Strong understanding of EYFS framework
- Confident leadership and communication skills
- Passionate about early years development and care
A current and valid ENHANCED DBS is required for this role.
