Ramsgate Β£30,000 – Β£33,000 DOE Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Morgan Jones is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded childcare provider seeking an experienced Assistant Nursery Manager to support day-to-day operations and help drive high standards across the setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the Nursery Manager with daily operations
  • Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding care and education
  • Ensure compliance with EYFS and regulatory standards
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Assist with staff supervision, appraisals and training plans
  • Monitor safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare standards
  • Contribute to planning and continuous improvement initiatives
About you
  • Experience in a senior nursery practitioner or deputy role
  • Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above)
  • Strong understanding of EYFS framework
  • Confident leadership and communication skills
  • Passionate about early years development and care

A current and valid ENHANCED DBS is required for this role.
