We develop specialist mobility and vehicle adaptation products to improve accessibility and independence for people worldwide.
Join a collaborative R&D team taking products from concept and prototype through to manufacture and launch.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new mobility and vehicle adaptation products
- Create concepts, prototypes, and test solutions using CAD and hands-on engineering techniques
- Support projects throughout the full product lifecycle, from concept to production
- Conduct product testing, validation, and root cause investigations
- Produce technical documentation, including DFMEAs, specifications, and validation plans
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical and cost-effective
- Support vehicle integration and installation development
- Liaise with suppliers, testing facilities, and external partners
- Contribute to continuous improvement and product innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Degree, HNC, or HND in Mechanical, Automotive, or Product Design Engineering
- Experience within product development, R&D, design, or prototyping
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to engineering
- Proficiency with 3D CAD software, ideally Solid Works
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about innovation and bringing new products to market
