How to prepare for a job interview at Morgan Jones Recruitment Consultants

✨Know Your Role Inside Out

Before the interview, make sure you thoroughly understand the responsibilities of a PA in a corporate legal team. Familiarise yourself with tasks like diary management, travel arrangements, and document management systems. This will help you demonstrate your knowledge and show that you're ready to hit the ground running.

✨Show Off Your Organisational Skills

During the interview, be prepared to discuss specific examples of how you've managed multiple tasks or projects simultaneously. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers. This will highlight your ability to stay organised and proactive, which is crucial for this role.

✨Brush Up on Your Tech Skills

Since the job requires proficiency in MS Office and possibly other systems like Ariba or Concur, make sure you're comfortable discussing your experience with these tools. If you have any certifications or training, mention them! It shows you're serious about your skills and ready to support the team effectively.

✨Prepare Questions to Ask

Interviews are a two-way street, so think of insightful questions to ask your interviewer. Inquire about the team dynamics, what a typical day looks like, or how success is measured in the role. This not only shows your interest but also helps you gauge if the company culture is a good fit for you.
