The role:
This is a hands-on, plant-based position operating and monitoring pyrolysis systems and associated equipment. You’ll play a key part in safe, efficient production while supporting the transition from commissioning to full shift operations.
Shifts:
- Rotating shifts covering days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Initially 12-hour shifts, 4 on / 4 off
- Potential move to 8-hour, 3-shift rotation
Key responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, start up and shut down the pyrolysis plant and auxiliary systems
- Adjust temperatures, pressures and flow rates to maintain optimal conditions
- Identify and respond to alarms, deviations and equipment issues
- Record, analyse and report process and production data
