About the Role
Our Client is seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to join their Education and SEND team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused administrator to play a key role in supporting the delivery of essential services for children, families, and education professionals. Working as part of the Hub Inclusion Team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth coordination of meetings, case information, records, and communications. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information professionally and confidentially.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive administrative support across a range of Education and SEND activities.
- Act as the first point of contact, delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Respond promptly to enquiries via telephone and email.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and administrative systems.
- Coordinate diaries, appointments, and scheduling activities.
- Organise meetings, training sessions, and events from planning through to completion.
- Take accurate minutes and provide administrative support for partnership and SEND meetings.
