There will be a clear focus in this role on contract management, legal implications and compliance. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare & manage cost plans, budgets & forecasts for M&E projects * Conduct feasibility studies & produce cash flow reports * Assess interim valuations & ensure accurate subcontractor payments * Prepare tender documentation & bills of quantities * Carry out site measurements & record variations * Negotiate contracts with subcontractors & suppliers * Monitor costs, produce progress reports & identify savings * Ensure compliance with safety standards & regulations Requirements: * Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or related field * Proven M&E quantity surveying experience * Strong contract, procurement & cost management knowledge * Proficiency in surveying software & Microsoft Office * Excellent numerical, negotiation & communication skills * Full UK driving licence Morgan Jones is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
