Morgan Jones is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, for up to 8 Factory Operatives to join their busy manufacturing team on a specific project starting from 14th/15th September. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for temporary work within a busy factory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting production activities within the main factory
- Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Following production processes and instructions
- Handling products and materials safely
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Following company health and safety procedures
- Supporting different areas of production when required
- Checking orders
Skills and Experience
- Experience of working within the electronics industry is an advantage
- Very good attention to detail
- Ability to produce high-quality assemblies
- Full training is provided but previous experience in moulding, running a machine and reading technical drawings is advantageous
- You must have a willingness to learn new skills and be able to follow instruction
